Responsibilities
- Execute, characterize, analyze, and optimize mobile power tests for Camera, Video, and other multimedia workloads.
- Perform power breakdowns, capture logs, analyze system behavior, identify platform issues, and determine root causes.
- Support product testing and provide reliable test data and reports to cross-functional teams.
- Support internal feature development testing, feature design, and corresponding use-case development.
- Optimize test procedures, develop test cases, extend checkpoints, and improve debugging methods.
- Support customer-reported issues and feature development testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to tune parameters and balance power and performance.
- Identify potential power optimizations through testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–10 years of system testing or software development experience in Power, Performance, Camera, CoreBSP, or related areas.
- Understanding of system power or performance and related testing or development experience.
- Knowledge of Camera/ISP, CPU, DDR, embedded systems, Kernel, and Linux/Android frameworks.
- Android system testing and debugging skills, including familiarity with Android/Linux commands and logging methods.
- Familiarity with hardware and PMIC is a plus.
- Strong Chinese and English communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
