Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end web applications using Microsoft-stack technologies.
- Build and maintain applications and Electronic Lab Notebook systems used by laboratory personnel.
- Design and work with n-tier architectures, object-oriented code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, resolve review comments, and close review activities.
- Troubleshoot performance-related issues and write efficient code and database queries.
- Use SQL Profiler and related tools to investigate application and query performance.
- Provide technical recommendations and solve complex technical problems.
- Work with authentication and authorization technologies and service-oriented architecture projects.
- Perform UI and unit testing using the specified testing tools.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with Microsoft-stack technologies.
- Strong experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, Angular 2 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Working knowledge of Cosmos DB, MSSQL, SQL, and TFS.
- Familiarity with UI testing and unit testing using tools such as MS Test, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, creational, structural, and behavioral design patterns.
- Experience designing and working with n-tier architectures.
- Working knowledge of authentication and authorization, with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect as additional technologies.
- Experience working on at least one SOA project and in an Agile practice, preferably Scrum.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, communication, writing, attention-to-detail, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
