Responsibilities
- Assess AI systems against ethical, responsible, sustainable, and other predefined thresholds and benchmarks.
- Identify vulnerabilities and risks in AI systems through red teaming, adversarial testing, and evaluation.
- Design and implement mitigation strategies and frameworks for responsible AI challenges.
- Analyze AI models and provide actionable insights to improve robustness and fairness.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead knowledge sharing and promote responsible AI best practices across project teams.
- Support junior team members through guidance and collaborative learning.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in red teaming.
- Proficiency in red teaming and responsible AI.
- Strong expertise in adversarial testing and AI system risk identification.
- Experience designing and implementing frameworks for ethical compliance and sustainability goals.
- Ability to analyze complex AI models and improve system robustness and fairness.
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- 15 years of full-time education.
