Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI tools and workflows with Copilot Studio, UiPath, and other automation frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, external APIs, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems.
- Identify repetitive work and design intelligent process automations.
- Implement encryption, authentication, authorization, and identity integrations for secure agent interactions.
- Partner with cybersecurity on data protection, threat modeling, governance, ethical practices, and compliance.
- Develop multi-agent workflows, context-aware systems, RAG pipelines, semantic chunking, memory persistence, prompt engineering, and agent-to-agent orchestration.
- Document best practices, deliver internal AI training, collect feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, data science, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, ML pipelines, automation tools, and hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, UiPath, and SharePoint.
- Experience with RAG, semantic chunking, memory persistence, MCP-based context-aware systems, prompt engineering, context-window optimization, and multi-agent or A2A systems.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and/or Google Vertex AI, API integrations, and data-quality validation.
- Development experience with .NET, C#, Python, Java, SQL, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting.
- Preferred exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering, agent-based systems, AI governance, security, and responsible or ethical AI frameworks.
- Ability to solve problems, work in a fast-paced agile environment, communicate across teams, and deliver quick wins while maintaining enterprise standards.
