Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned tooling tasks with partners and maintain existing tools supporting product features.
- Improve team efficiency through tooling, performance optimization, and workflow enhancements.
- Debug and fix tool issues across multiple product domains.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Create documentation for workflows supported by developed tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience related to game operations platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, with C++ or Java preferred.
- Proficiency in cross-component system design, complex system implementation, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals including networking and communication, data structures and algorithms, and operating systems.
- Experience developing tools or systems for operators or game designers and collaborating with business teams.
- Experience with a relational or non-relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience deploying code in a cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GitLab, or Perforce.
