Responsibilities
- Own the technical leadership to enable customer teams across Global Customer Services.
- Develop training material to address trends in customer issues and engineer skill gaps.
- Deliver technical training and train subject matter experts to lead training sessions.
- Set strategy for reflecting customer voice and product use cases back into product teams.
- Identify product supportability gaps and develop tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of support and networking experience as a subject matter expert in Zero Trust Security and Cyber Security technologies.
- Expertise in networking, cloud security, and performance management.
- Proven effectiveness in collaborating and building consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing new processes, tools, or product features to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
