Base Salary
$175k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and operate a durable-execution, sandboxed integration runtime for integration workloads.
- Build and scale agent infrastructure that runs coding agents writing, testing, and deploying integration code in production.
- Own the observability pipeline across logs, metrics, and tracing for integrations and agents.
- Ship a self-hostable, single-tenant deployment as a first-class product.
- Set engineering patterns and standards across the infrastructure domain.
- Help hire and grow into leading the infrastructure team within roughly a year.
- Work as a peer to the founding team and ship continuously to production.
Requirements
- 3 to 9 years of professional software engineering experience with broad infrastructure ownership.
- Strong computer science fundamentals from a rigorous technical degree program.
- Background as a founder or early engineer at a high-growth, venture-backed startup.
- Hands-on production experience operating, scaling, and debugging Kubernetes.
- End-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure or a platform product.
- A cloud infrastructure focus rather than a background primarily centered on data infrastructure.
- Proficiency designing observability across logs, metrics, and tracing for production systems.
- Comfort with AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining production-quality judgment.
- Experience building self-hostable, single-tenant product deployments is a plus.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker.
