Responsibilities
- Optimize recommendation algorithms and strategies for CapCut, Hypic, and other video creation tools worldwide.
- Improve the distribution efficiency of content created with CapCut, Hypic, and similar tools.
- Optimize user growth efficiency through recommendation and content distribution improvements.
- Use user behavior analysis and machine learning technologies to improve creation experiences.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills and a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in machine learning.
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with one or more of machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or data mining.
- Passion for tackling challenging problems.
