Responsibilities
- Apply software development and testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Maintain traceability from user stories through test cases to automated scripts.
- Identify environmental and test data dependencies.
- Develop applications and construct unit test cases for functional requirements.
- Design automated tests that validate software functionality while considering privacy and security requirements.
- Follow design and code standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on development, testing, troubleshooting, and improving software quality.
- Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities and escalate issues appropriately.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with API/XML testing and Selenium with Java.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience with front-end and backend testing using Java and Selenium.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall environments and onsite/offshore coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle, particularly testing models, methodologies, and processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business clients and technical teams.
