Responsibilities
- Develop and implement generative AI and machine learning models for production-ready cloud or on-premises applications.
- Optimize generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and apply NLP, deep learning, and conversational AI techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements, develop hypotheses, test solutions, and support business decisions.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across varied formats and sources, including speech and voice applications.
- Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning and identify opportunities for product integration.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, presentations, and AI development best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is stated, with an additional requirement of at least 7.5 years of Machine Learning experience.
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required; a Ph.D. is highly desirable.
- At least 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience developing and implementing generative AI models and deep learning techniques, including GPT, VAE, and GANs.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software engineering principles, statistical modeling, and neural networks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with NLP tools and techniques such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools including Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
