Base Salary
$220k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own products and systems end-to-end from scoping to post-launch.
- Build backend and full-stack systems for millions of users.
- Design clean, scalable APIs for web, iOS, and Android clients.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and engineering teams.
- Run experiments and make data-informed decisions.
- Communicate proactively with concise updates and stakeholder alignment.
- Raise the technical bar through code quality and mentorship.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Backend or full-stack experience building consumer products at scale.
- Strong API design skills with experience in multi-client environments.
- Generalist attitude with technical depth in at least one area.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive projects forward.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Product intuition with a focus on end-user experience.
