Base Salary
$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to map workflows, define success metrics, and de-risk constraints for custom builds.
- Design, prototype, productionize, and scale custom workflows involving knowledge sources, retrieval pipelines, tools or agents, prompts, and guardrails.
- Integrate workflows with customer document management, knowledge management, ticketing, identity, SSO, and other data systems.
- Build and maintain evaluation harnesses, task suites, pipelines, and dashboards to guide iteration and model choices.
- Improve reliability, observability, and operational scale for deployed workflows.
- Run customer training, write runbooks, and hand off durable adoption playbooks to customer champions and Harvey teams.
- Identify recurring field patterns and failure modes to inform platform capabilities and future product decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years building and operating production software with meaningful 0-to-1 ownership.
- Experience building and taking LLM-powered applications involving retrieval, tools or agents, structured outputs, and prompt or runtime safety to production.
- Experience working directly with customers to scope ambiguous problems, ship and integrate solutions, train users, and iterate on adoption.
- Practical experience designing evaluation task suites, pipelines, and dashboards that reflect user quality and inform model or product decisions.
- Clear, concise communication, low-ego collaboration, and willingness to work in person with teammates and customers in New York City.
