$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to map out workflows and define success metrics for custom builds.
- Design, prototype, and productionize custom workflows for reliability and scale.
- Integrate workflows with client systems and data sources, ensuring secure connections.
- Build and maintain evaluations that capture real-world quality for clients.
- Run training sessions and create runbooks for customer champions.
- Surface field patterns to inform platform capabilities and future product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating production software.
- Experience with LLM-powered applications and taking them to production.
- Comfort in working directly with customers to scope and integrate solutions.
- Practical experience with evaluations to drive model and product decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
