Base Salary
$129k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization.
- Collaborate with business partners across People, Finance, and Legal to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems into the company's infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal software development teams to build custom solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies.
- Experience as a sole administrator with limited reliance on external resources.
- Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.
- Ability to work in-office full time and travel up to 25% for hands-on instruction.
