Responsibilities
- Perform and manage application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, SRE, and Operations.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and drive quick resolutions.
- Configure, maintain, and administer Windows servers and IIS.
- Work with GitHub for version control and deployment workflows.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell.
- Ensure adherence to deployment standards and release management processes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in application deployments in enterprise or large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS administration and IIS configuration.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience in AWS and Jenkins is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably Python and PowerShell.
- Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues across different application tiers.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive deployment environments.
