Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build security-focused technical solutions for a scalable, reliable, and secure global platform.
- Develop detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, and threat intelligence capabilities.
- Monitor, detect, respond to, and manage security incidents while protecting information-system integrity and confidentiality.
- Investigate problems to their root cause and perform threat hunting and data exploration.
- Help scale and build a world-class security operations center.
- Collaborate with platform teams and participate in on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Experience with security engineering, detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, or threat intelligence.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
- Experience with Elastic, EDR, SIEM, WAF, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain clean RESTful APIs is preferred.
- Experience with Python, Go, asynchronous message queues, and microservices architecture is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, investigate root causes, and participate in on-call rotations.

- Base salary starting at $180,000 annually, with compensation listed at $180,000-$200,000 yearly.
