Base Salary
$185k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch end-to-end product experiences for image generation and editing.
- Develop highly interactive frontend experiences that are intuitive and fast.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and workflows for image creation and management.
- Collaborate with researchers to prototype and productionize new multimodal capabilities.
- Identify high-impact opportunities with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
- Own projects from concept through launch, including design, implementation, and iteration.
- Optimize performance across the stack for responsiveness and reliability.
- Design systems to support millions of users generating visual content simultaneously.
- Use experimentation and user insights to improve engagement and product quality.
- Contribute to engineering best practices in architecture, testing, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Proficiency with modern web technologies such as React and TypeScript.
- Experience in building scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Ability to own products end-to-end and navigate user experience and infrastructure challenges.
- Strong product instincts and analytical skills for decision-making based on user feedback.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including researchers and designers.
- Excitement for multimodal AI and defining new ways for visual creation.
- Experience with media platforms, creative tools, or AI-powered applications is a plus.
