Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure reference architectures for enterprise AI platforms, protecting data integrity, regulatory compliance, and resilience against evolving AI threats.
  • Establish a framework for AI vetting and drive the organizational changes needed to institutionalize it.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on the roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management.
  • Maintain and improve enterprise security posture through high-quality code and automated infrastructure management.
  • Mentor junior engineers and advise leadership on the evolving AI security landscape.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams technically or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise in cloud security with AWS and GCP and container security with Kubernetes.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying complex security systems at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience building, deploying, and reviewing automation for complex security workflows is desired.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI security risks to non-technical stakeholders are desired.
