Responsibilities
- Advise CTOs, CDOs, and other customer stakeholders on accelerating data strategy through the Arcesium platform.
- Decompose customer problems and design scalable solutions using platform capabilities as building blocks.
- Define scope and success criteria for proof-of-concept projects and lead proofs of concept, implementations, and subsequent projects.
- Present customer solutions through verbal presentations, written proposals, demonstrations, and supporting materials.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project risks, mitigations, and governance meetings.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Data Strategists, Project Managers, and Product teams.
- Analyze client requirements for fund and investor allocation business processes and methods for calculating management and incentive fees.
- Train client developers on Arcesium’s data architecture, platform, and ingress and egress data flows.
- Present Arcesium’s technology capabilities in sales conversations and demos.
- Identify process improvements that can reduce costs, drive product innovation, and increase sales conversion.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in client-facing consultative and solutioning roles such as client solutions, professional services, or implementations, including building and driving software development.
- Hands-on experience with investor allocation and fund accounting across hedge funds, UCITS, IAM, and private funds.
- Hands-on experience with complex fund structures such as multi-layer funds of funds, master-feeder structures, blockers, and UCITS.
- Skills spanning both technology and financial domains.
- Ability to drive medium- and large-scale cross-functional projects across business and technology domains and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influential, and persuasive stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions and data analysis techniques.
