Responsibilities
- Advise senior customer stakeholders on accelerating their data strategy through Arcesium.
- Translate complex client problems and business requirements into structured, scalable solutions using Arcesium’s data architecture, platform modules, and roadmap.
- Present customer solutions through verbal discussions, written proposals, materials, and illustrations.
- Conduct discovery sessions and define scope and success criteria for proof-of-concept projects.
- Lead proof-of-concept, implementation, and related projects while managing stakeholder expectations, risks, mitigations, and governance meetings.
- Train client teams on Arcesium’s data flows across applications through hands-on knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Forward Deployed Data Strategists, Project Managers, and Product teams.
- Recommend process improvements that reduce costs, drive product innovation, and increase sales conversion.
- Present and advocate for Arcesium’s technology capabilities in sales conversations and demonstrations.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in client-facing consultative or solutioning roles, including client solutions, professional services, implementations, and financial technology implementations.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional medium- and large-scale initiatives across business and technology domains while managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building internal and external relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, including proposals and architectural documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions and data analysis techniques.
- Skills spanning technology and the financial domain.
