Responsibilities
- Guide top customer stakeholders on accelerating their data strategy through Arcesium.
- Decompose complex client problems into structured, scalable solutions.
- Present solutions through verbal and written proposals, including rich materials.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand business requirements and reporting workflows.
- Define the scope and success criteria of Proof of Concept projects with prospective clients.
- Lead various projects including Proof of Concepts and implementations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and lead governance meetings.
- Provide hands-on training and knowledge-sharing on Arcesium’s data flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project success.
- Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and drive product innovation.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in client-facing roles with consultative and solutioning skills.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across business and technology domains.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for articulating complex solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions and data analysis techniques.
- Skills that span both technology and the financial domain.
