Base Salary
$165k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of core features and systems focusing on reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Ship high-quality projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.
- Improve development workflows and champion best practices.
- Lead small teams, foster cross-functional relationships, and mentor junior engineers.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and diversity initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
- Comfortable picking up new coding languages or prior experience in Node.js, Rust, React, or Python.
- Value code simplicity, efficiency, and performance.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving team improvements.
- Deep understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and technologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time from the Bellevue, WA office.
