Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize highly scalable Golang backend services and distributed systems for 24/7 global trading and sports applications.
- Participate in architectural decisions, design reviews, coding, code reviews, and feature implementation.
- Embed sports-domain knowledge into backend systems supporting prediction markets, real-time sports data feeds, and interactive mechanics.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks in large-scale, high-concurrency infrastructure.
- Provide high-tier technical operational support for complex real-time client issues and systemic availability.
Requirements
- Mid-to-senior professional experience specializing in backend system development with production-level mastery.
- Professional experience with sports systems, sportsbooks, prediction markets, or high-velocity sports-data infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Golang, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Preferred: experience with transaction-heavy money-related modules or payment ledgers.
- Preferred: expertise in concurrent systems, race-condition mitigation, and distributed state machines.
- Preferred: experience working in rapid, ambiguous, or entrepreneurial startup environments.
