Responsibilities
- Design and build systems to detect harmful and deceptive ads.
- Develop scalable risk-signal pipelines and enforcement workflows.
- Create tools for operations and policy teams to make consistent decisions.
- Engineer resilient systems that adapt to adversarial tactics.
- Define the technical strategy for ads integrity across OpenAI's monetization stack.
- Operate systems with high engineering rigor through testing and observability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in ads integrity, trust and safety, or related domains.
- Ability to build detection and enforcement capabilities.
- Experience with low-latency, high-throughput services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to make technical decisions.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams on sensitive issues.
