Base Salary
$125k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and refine robust backend services for the Adversary Investigation module
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend teams to create customer-focused solutions
- Own the development lifecycle from automated builds and testing through deployment and ongoing monitoring
- Integrate internal systems and external APIs to support data-intensive user experiences
- Improve test coverage, code maintainability, linting, and code complexity checks
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience building distributed web applications and APIs
- At least 2 years of experience building microservices in Go
- Experience with at least one cloud provider, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with Docker and interest in improving CI/CD deployment processes
- Familiarity with gRPC or REST
- Experience with microservice-based designs using GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, or similar technologies
- Experience with Redis, Bigtable, BigQuery, Postgres, or other databases
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining containerized services in Kubernetes
- Familiarity with TypeScript and JavaScript; React proficiency is a plus
- Ability to participate thoughtfully in technical discussions and make data-driven decisions amid ambiguity and competing priorities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
