Responsibilities
- Develop Flash Bootloader software for automotive ECUs.
- Implement communication protocols, diagnostic services, flashing, and security based on AUTOSAR.
- Define and evaluate customer-specific flashing sequences.
- Analyze software requirements related to flashing and support customer problem solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in automotive embedded software.
- Strong C programming and scripting skills, including CAPL or Python.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR COM, Diagnostics, and Security, UDS ISO 14229, and Flash Bootloader development.
- Experience using Vector CAN tools and Lauterbach for debugging.
- Familiarity with Infineon TriCore, Renesas SoCs, Flash EEPROM, embedded memory layouts, CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, and FlexRay.
- Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software development processes, and toolchains; familiarity with the V-Model is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English and the ability to communicate daily with international colleagues and suppliers.
- Chinese or Japanese language skills are optional.
