Responsibilities
- Develop innovative features for MoneyLion’s fintech products.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Architect and implement scalable technology for high-concurrency production environments.
- Apply enterprise-level CI/CD engineering practices.
- Lead and build a high-performing engineering team delivering business value.
- Drive cross-functional architectural discussions and coach mid-level and senior engineers.
- Understand complex business domains and design solutions to address gaps.
- Coordinate stakeholders while balancing technical deliverables.
- Lead Agile teams delivering complex solutions using Scrum.
Requirements
- Proven competency delivering enterprise solutions in backend development, mobile development, quality assurance, or site reliability engineering.
- Experience with engineering excellence practices, cross-functional architecture discussions, and coaching mid-level and senior engineers.
- Ability to learn, teach, and elevate colleagues.
- Ability to understand deep business domains and design appropriate solutions.
- Experience leading Agile teams using the Scrum framework.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience developing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting software in high-concurrency production environments.
