Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate reliable, well-instrumented infrastructure services that support engineers and customer-facing applications.
- Strengthen the compute platform using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Create tools and automated solutions to streamline processes, reduce toil, and improve efficiency, including GenAI where appropriate.
- Own critical technology infrastructure built with multiple technologies, tools, and programming languages.
- Drive process improvements, promote engineering best practices, and help define and track impact metrics.
- Contribute across the broader Infrastructure organization supporting Arcesium’s customer-facing Platform.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant infrastructure experience.
- Proven ownership of critical infrastructure systems and delivery of features that improve reliability and efficiency.
- Experience owning and operating systems such as Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, DNS, or authentication services.
- Advanced ability in at least one programming language and proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or Bash.
- Experience running critical workloads in AWS is highly valued.
- Ability to balance timely delivery with correctness and appropriate risk management.
- Strong collaboration, communication, initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for technology infrastructure.
