Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and verify diagnostic tests for processor qualification and production test suites.
- Debug and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Analyze fallout boards to improve test time, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by debugging diagnostics source code using advanced C++ in a Linux environment.
- Assist with ASIC bring-up and support for data center/AI, gaming graphics, and embedded hardware products.
- Build and debug automation tools and scripts.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a Canada-based university in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge and experience with software programming using C++ and scripting.
- Familiarity with PC/system, GPU, and CPU hardware architectures.
- Experience with software development and debugging in Linux.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or SVN.
Benefits
- 12-month or 16-month co-op/internship term beginning May 3, 2027.
- Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid or onsite work structure in Markham, Ontario, throughout the term.
