Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, customization, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IdentityIQ developers across engagements.
- Design and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle management processes.
- Develop and configure workflows, provisioning logic, approval processes, rules, and scripts.
- Configure connectors and integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud applications, and other enterprise systems.
- Implement and manage access certifications, segregation of duties, role-based access controls, and policy controls.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery, enhancements, incident resolution, and stakeholder discussions.
- Contribute to solution architecture, design documentation, and technical best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- The posting additionally requests 7–8 years of IAM operations experience and 6–7 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ administration.
- Strong SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation experience, including workflows, identity lifecycle management, access governance, connector integration, provisioning, and rule development.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST APIs, SQL, and the SailPoint IIQ object model and debugging.
- Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration, role-based access control, access policies, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, web services, and enterprise ITSM processes.
- Experience with other IGA tools such as Saviynt, Okta IGA, or Oracle IAM may be considered.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, work in client-facing roles, manage stakeholders, solve complex problems, and mentor team members.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM implementations is preferred.
