Responsibilities
- Own the full software development lifecycle for enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and applications.
- Lead development teams on enterprise application projects and delegate application development work.
- Collaborate with business teams, stakeholders, and end users to optimize processes and support application adoption.
- Mentor junior developers and share development processes and best practices.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend software and systems.
- Provide helpdesk support and train end users and technical support staff.
- Support change management before application launches.
Requirements
- Preferred bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science or a related field.
- Five to seven years of related industry experience, with related industry certifications accepted in lieu of a formal degree.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and React Native.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, REST APIs, MS IIS, containers, database design, application architecture, Git source control, automated testing, API integration, and secure coding practices.
- Experience building and deploying low-code/no-code, serverless, and infrastructure solutions within AWS.
- Experience with Atlassian/Jira, AWS, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
