Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical work across a Salesforce delivery pod through agile ceremonies, project delivery, enhancements, operational support, and release cycles.
- Translate requirements and user stories into scalable Salesforce technical designs, implementation plans, estimates, dependencies, and technical tasks.
- Provide senior hands-on guidance for Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, APIs, integrations, security, performance, and governor-limit-aware solutions.
- Review designs, code, configuration, test plans, deployment plans, and technical documentation for quality, maintainability, scalability, and enterprise-standard alignment.
- Coordinate QA strategy, automated and manual testing, acceptance-criteria validation, defect resolution, CI/CD, source control, deployment planning, rollback planning, and post-deployment verification.
- Lead troubleshooting for production issues involving integrations, platform events, data integrity, security access, automation, performance, and governor limits.
- Support Salesforce security, data migration, data quality, ETL coordination, reconciliation, technical documentation, governance forums, and operational support procedures.
- Coach and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts while evaluating Salesforce releases, AppExchange products, and ecosystem tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, data science, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven to ten years of Salesforce platform experience with strong hands-on development and configuration experience, including senior developer or technical lead experience.
- Experience leading technical execution for agile/scrum teams or pods handling delivery, enhancements, configuration, QA, and operational support.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, APIs, security configuration, declarative automation, and Salesforce platform configuration.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Salesforce administration, security and sharing, integrations, DevOps and SDLC practices, production troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ability to coordinate technical work, manage risks and dependencies, review technical artifacts, maintain documentation, communicate technical tradeoffs, and mentor team members.
- Experience with Salesforce solutions in regulated environments and privacy, auditability, data protection, retention, encryption, and secure integration practices.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, Salesforce certifications, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce/Einstein, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, ServiceNow, data migration, ETL, and global or blended delivery experience.
