Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the reliability and quality of an AI copilot in a trading platform.
- Design and build evaluation systems for market analysis and trading workflows.
- Develop and maintain benchmarks and test corpora.
- Build automated quality gates and regression workflows.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to define safe tool contracts.
- Manage model improvement loops tied to evaluations.
- Design and operate monitoring and incident response for AI.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in shipping production software.
- Strong proficiency in any programming language.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals and testing methodology.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks and benchmark suites.
- Experience running model improvement cycles with measurable impact.
- Ability to define metrics and drive decisions from data.
- Comfort working across the stack and debugging model/tooling failures.
