Responsibilities
- Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, skill-based routing, class structures, data models, indexing, reporting, UI elements, and reusable components.
- Develop integrations with databases and external systems using SOAP, REST, HTTP connectors, JMS, MQ, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Implement application security using access groups, roles, and privileges, and follow ruleset hierarchy and Pega guardrails.
- Perform code reviews, use AES and SMA tools, manage deployment activities, and track project-level metrics.
- Develop and enhance applications using HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python, and Pega frameworks.
- Deliver application development and system integration work, support Agile delivery, and coordinate multiple Scrum teams.
- Handle client calls independently, manage project pressure, and efficiently lead the team.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, with an overall minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory Pega certifications: CSA and CSSA.
- Experience with Pega Platform and frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF.
- Experience designing applications, orchestrating process flows, defining data models and class structures, and building reporting and UI elements.
- Experience with database and external-system integration using SOAP/REST, JMS, MQ, HTTP connectors, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python development, Pega security, ruleset hierarchy, decision management, deployment, and code-quality practices.
- Experience with Agile delivery and handling multiple Scrum teams, including team-management responsibilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle client calls independently.
- Preferred qualifications include prompt engineering, React.js, Node.js, Anthropic, AWS, or Google certifications, CLSA Part 1 certification, and upgrade experience.
