Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end software features spanning user experience and backend code.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions and backend APIs.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional development efforts.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Apply cloud-first practices and emerging technologies to solve business problems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Python frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Document AI, machine learning operations, AWS AI Services, AI foundations, prompt engineering, and LLM/RAG development.
- Experience with cloud-native AI services across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with data pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted automation tools.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their integration into software solutions.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
