Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize integrations between Starshield AI models and government systems.
- Identify pain points and scope product specifications for Starshield AI-powered software.
- Benchmark models and develop evaluation frameworks to assess performance.
- Enhance model performance through prompt tuning and fine-tuning.
- Analyze request logs and system outputs for reliability and audibility.
- Build internal tooling to streamline workflows in secure environments.
- Partner with agency stakeholders to prototype solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Ship production-grade code with a focus on speed and simplicity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, computer engineering, physics, or data science.
- 1+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Active Top-Secret or Top-Secret SCI clearance.
