Responsibilities
- Lead the security strategy for Nubank's AI systems, including LLM applications and their infrastructure.
- Secure AI agents and workflows by enforcing permissions and monitoring behavior.
- Design secure architectural patterns for AI applications.
- Develop detection and monitoring capabilities for abuse and anomalous behavior.
- Implement runtime protections for LLM applications.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate security controls into development pipelines.
- Stay updated on AI security trends and translate them into actionable guidelines.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in product, application, or cloud security with experience in AI agent systems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with runtime security controls in high-throughput systems.
- Familiarity with LLM application architectures and their threat surfaces.
- Strong understanding of agentic systems and AI infrastructure.
- Experience in building monitoring and alerting for production systems.
- Strong programming skills in at least one production language.
