Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead professional services engagements including customer onboarding and enablement activities.
- Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.
- Conduct production readiness assessments and advise on deployment procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.
- Mentor and train team members from pre-sales and post-sales teams.
- Create content to coach partners on Workato delivery best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience.
- Proven results in leading customer success in solution architecture and development.
- Experience documenting and optimizing business processes.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large enterprises.
