Base Salary
$122k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Salesforce platform strategy and multi-year roadmap in partnership with Product and business leadership.
- Design, architect, and govern enterprise Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and related platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and end users.
- Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for performance, security, reliability, compliance, and scalability.
- Architect Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities for patient management, care coordination, scheduling, and healthcare workflows.
- Define and implement integration architectures connecting Salesforce with internal applications, third-party platforms, data services, and healthcare systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance across delivery teams, architects, and engineering stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform improvements supporting long-term business and technology objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, Salesforce architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Experience defining solution architecture for highly integrated enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and enterprise application design.
- Ability to influence technical strategy and communicate architectural decisions to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading architecture governance, technology standards, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect credentials.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare or regulated healthcare environments, Salesforce Health Cloud best practices, healthcare interoperability concepts, AWS, Azure, multi-cloud architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, platform observability, Agile delivery, product operating models, and cross-functional leadership.
