Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, integrate, and maintain systems and tools that automate complex cybersecurity activities.
- Develop automation for cybersecurity, compliance, cloud governance, and infrastructure operations.
- Integrate REST APIs, Git repositories, Jira, ServiceNow, cloud APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Translate complex security and compliance requirements into repeatable workflows and technical requirements.
- Design automation that produces traceable outputs, source citations, audit logs, and human review checkpoints.
- Work with read-only access to code, SSPs, account metadata, configuration data, and security tooling.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems with limited direction.
- Mentor and supervise team members.
Requirements
- Experience with CMMC, NIST 800-171, FedRAMP, DoD security controls, or cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
- Experience developing automation for cybersecurity, compliance, cloud governance, or infrastructure operations.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, Git repositories, Jira, ServiceNow, cloud APIs, or enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of SSPs, control inheritance, POA&Ms, evidence collection, system boundaries, and shared responsibility models.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, provenance, uncertainty, and unsupported claims.
- Ability to establish measurable baselines for cycle time, evidence quality, adoption, and automation effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Public Trust determination and eligibility to meet applicable U.S. government client requirements.
- Preferred experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, policy-as-code, OPA, ServiceNow CMDB, Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, commercial environments, GovCloud, CUI, or IL5.
- Preferred experience designing AI-assisted workflows, retrieval augmented generation, agent workflows, MCP integrations, enterprise knowledge systems, platform selection tools, workload rationalization tools, or decision-support tools.
- Preferred knowledge of secure software development, secrets management, identity, data classification, and least-privilege access.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, or AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent certification.
