Base Salary
$232k - $298k/yr
Responsibilities
- Map business and technical requirements to technology solutions for field teams, customers, and technology partners.
- Drive technical assessment, qualification, and engagement for opportunities and complex projects.
- Build, manage, and maintain global solution labs for proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, solution validations, and testing.
- Manage the Innovation Solutions Lab for customer demonstrations, partner engagements, and proof-of-concepts.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations and manage prospect evaluations.
- Design interoperability and integration solutions with adjacent technology partners.
- Train and collaborate with technical communities, technology partners, systems integrators, and services partners.
- Create reusable solutions, collateral, demos, blogs, whitepapers, and solution guides.
- Explain Netskope solution benefits to senior security management, CISOs, CSOs, CIOs, customers, and partners.
- Represent Netskope as a subject matter expert at partner and industry events and user groups.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, field sales, and engineering to influence product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of deployment experience in a similar role or experience in a technical leadership role.
- Previous experience as a solutions architect, consultant, or technical marketing engineer building, architecting, or deploying security solutions.
- Proven experience using technology to help drive revenue and successfully designing and deploying solutions with customers and partners.
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology and behaviors clearly.
- Experience implementing cloud computing solutions including Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Google, AWS, Box, and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with information security solutions including web proxies, NGFW, security gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, HSM, tokenization, and encryption gateways.
- Experience with Active Directory Services, including ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Knowledge of XML, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, and RBAC.
- Experience architecting, designing, and implementing cloud-based services across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models.
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, design, and operations, plus knowledge of security and cryptography.
- Knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, EC2, Xen, KVM, and OpenStack.
- Prior experience in early-stage startups is required or preferred as stated in the posting.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
- 2+ years of SaaS implementation experience is strongly preferred.
