Base Salary
$100k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive adoption of Tenstorrent products and solutions.
- Partner with sales operations and product teams to communicate customer feedback and shape product enhancements and roadmaps.
- Help developers optimize AI performance on Tenstorrent custom silicon, including fine-tuning LLMs, optimizing vision models, and building scalable AI pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant customer-facing technical enterprise experience, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.
- Familiarity with hardware/software co-optimization for efficient edge inference.
- Good understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to meet export-control eligibility requirements for access to U.S.-controlled technology.
