Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their technical challenges.
- Provide effective solutions to customer problems using AI technologies.
- Partner with sales operations and product teams to relay customer feedback.
- Help shape product roadmap and features based on field insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in roles like Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks such as machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.
- Good understanding of data center and server architecture.
