Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions focused on Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Management.
- Serve as the functional expert and primary organizational contact for SCM-related processes and guidance.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, define processes, and translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
- Design and configure inventory processes covering item creation, inventory transactions, warehouse management, lot and serial traceability, and inventory tracking.
- Define and manage manufacturing workflows including work orders, routings, resource management, and work definitions.
- Support discrete and mixed-mode manufacturing and integration with planning and procurement systems.
- Implement cost roll-ups, cost allocations, variance analysis, subcontracting, outside processing, and multi-organization costing scenarios.
- Ensure accurate financial integration and seamless integration between Oracle SCM modules and other enterprise systems.
- Identify SCM process optimization opportunities and incorporate Oracle Fusion advancements and best practices.
- Create and maintain configuration guides, process flows, testing scripts, and other solution documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Manufacturing, and Costing.
- At least 8 years of experience developing, leading, and implementing Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory, and Cost Management solutions for manufacturing customers.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience leading and implementing Oracle Cloud planning.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, including configurations and customizations.
- Techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cost Management, including data model understanding and collaboration with technical teams on data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working in global, multi-supply-chain manufacturing environments with complex structures and requirements.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate cost structures and recommend process improvements.
- Experience with Oracle reporting tools and analytics for cost visibility.
- Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams and vendor resources.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and supply chain and manufacturing solution delivery.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Inventory, Manufacturing, or Cost Management is an asset.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, self-direction, and ability to interpret customer business needs.
