Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted SAP CPRS industry advisor and lead large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Develop solution strategies, architectures, and roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA and related digital transformation programs.
- Lead strategic pursuits, RFP responses, client workshops, and executive presentations.
- Partner with sales, account, and delivery teams to develop go-to-market offerings and win strategies.
- Architect solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Commerce, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience capabilities.
- Guide ERP modernization, supply chain transformation, digital commerce, customer experience, and AI-enabled business initiatives.
- Provide program lifecycle leadership focused on delivery excellence, business value, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
- Create reusable assets, accelerators, industry offerings, and thought leadership content.
- Build executive stakeholder relationships and influence strategic business and technology decisions.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and support capability growth and sales enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 15+ years of SAP professional experience spanning consulting, architecture, and transformation leadership.
- Deep expertise in Consumer Products, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or Services industries.
- Demonstrated leadership of large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Strong experience with SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Supply Chain, Commerce, Customer Experience, and digital transformation solutions.
- Successful experience leading pursuits and programs exceeding $25M–$50M+ total contract value.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- SAP certifications and enterprise architecture credentials are preferred.
- Consulting experience at a large global systems integrator or professional services organization is strongly preferred.

- Base compensation is listed at $123,750–$340,750 per year, with possible additional variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
