Base Salary
$192k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Data Analytics technical experts, including talent strategy, go-to-market readiness, and skills development.
- Lead the regional Data Analytics technical community by scaling contributions through artifact and innovation sharing.
- Influence Product Management, Engineering, customers, and partners while owning high-impact C-level and IT decision-maker relationships.
- Guide teams in demonstrating and prototyping Google Cloud’s Agentic Data Cloud and AI products or integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Coach teams advising enterprise customers on unified data foundations, real-time AI-driven experiences, and differentiated technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing role.
- 5 years of experience in pre-sales or field engineering leadership at an enterprise technology company or similar customer-facing experience.
- Experience working in the Financial Services Industry or with Financial Services customers.
- Experience presenting modern Data and AI foundations and business outcomes to C-level Financial Services executives.
- Preferred experience as a Data Analytics and AI thought leader with technical sales and holistic customer and industry solution strategy expertise.
- Preferred experience in technical sales or professional consulting involving cloud computing, data analytics, information lifecycle management, and Big Data.
- Preferred experience managing technical sales or consulting teams for cloud computing or Data Analytics products and platforms.
- Preferred experience influencing cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
