Base Salary
$201k - $313k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects serving enterprise customers.
- Ensure the team delivers software solutions on AWS that achieve business outcomes, including cloud migrations and global service expansion.
- Partner with sellers, specialist teams, service teams, and customers to develop cloud solutions.
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop Solutions Architects, including Principal Solutions Architects.
- Build relationships with customers’ technical executives and decision makers.
- Guide customers on architecture best practices and AWS service capabilities.
- Coach the team to share knowledge through internal and external writing, publications, and speaking engagements.
- Develop internal processes and contribute to customer-driven solution ideation and invention.
- Produce high-quality documents proposing new processes or inventions.
- Prioritize customer initiatives, stay current on AWS services, and provide strategic leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience architecting and operating solutions on a cloud service provider such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
