$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the North America Supply Chain & Engineering Advisory team and Technical Architect community.
- Drive pipeline growth, market positioning, and deal closure for Smart Factory offerings.
- Own technical architecture, quality standards, implementation governance, and architecture review boards for Supply Chain & Engineering solutions.
- Define architecture approaches across Azure, Fabric, and AI agent frameworks.
- Partner with Microsoft engineering teams on innovation and roadmap evolution.
- Coach technical talent and build collaboration across Data & AI, Industry, and Supply Chain & Engineering communities.
- Engage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes and capability growth.
Requirements
- Deep experience in manufacturing, digital architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven experience with Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, or AI-enabled manufacturing.
- Strong Azure, data platform, and AI architecture expertise.
- Experience leading global teams and driving business growth.
- Ability to engage at the C-level and translate technology into business value.
- High autonomy, accountability, commercial mindset, and ability to build trusted relationships.
