Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable programs, reusable assets, automation tools, reference architectures, IaC templates, and enablement content for the Startup Solutions Architecture organization.
- Architect distributed ML training and inference systems, MLOps workflows, model-serving architectures, and GPU/TPU-optimized solutions.
- Lead cloud-native architecture and operations across Kubernetes/EKS, service mesh, microservices, serverless, GitOps, CI/CD, Terraform/CDK, and reliability practices.
- Architect data pipelines, streaming and orchestration systems, analytics platforms, feature stores, vector databases, and lakehouse solutions.
- Advise startups on proprietary data strategy, data quality, labeling, governance, security, compliance, and modernization to the cloud.
- Mentor Solutions Architects, develop technical upskilling programs, capture field insights, and publish blogs, whitepapers, open-source repositories, and presentations.
- Communicate technical trade-offs and strategic technology guidance to startup founders, developers, executives, and other technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps for cloud-based IT transformations.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences at the C-level, including through training, workshops, and publications.
- Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation, large-scale automation and workflow management, and database design and implementation.
- Strong presentation and whiteboarding skills with comfort engaging executives, IT management, and developers.
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.

- Base salary varies by location: $182,800.00-$247,300.00 in Seattle, $201,000.00-$272,000.00 in New York, and $210,200.00-$284,300.00 in San Francisco.
