Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise of New Relic products and services.
- Partner with sales for effective qualification of prospects and expansion opportunities.
- Lead value and solution discovery workshops to determine customer challenges.
- Work closely with GCC leadership on cloud migration and observability strategies.
- Create compelling technical proofs through demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop and present points of view on standardizing on the New Relic platform.
- Execute proof-of-concept and pilot engagements to showcase New Relic's value.
- Identify and resolve critical business and technical issues.
- Contribute to achieving revenue goals for the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Deep understanding of the Global Capability Center operating model.
- Proven experience engaging with global stakeholders and local leadership.
- Experience with monitoring and observability technologies like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Familiarity with open source technologies such as Prometheus and Grafana is desirable.
- Development experience in languages like Java, .NET, or Python.
- Clear understanding of cloud architecture and Infrastructure as Code.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of value-based selling.
- Experience with enterprise customers in various industry verticals.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to travel.
