Responsibilities
- Participate in building AI infrastructure architecture for JD.com’s cross-border e-commerce business and drive architectural standards.
- Lead top-level architectural design for complex technical projects, evaluate critical technical issues, and break down execution plans.
- Optimize GPU resource scheduling within Kubernetes or Ray as part of intelligent computing operating system development.
- Resolve GPU cluster fault recovery and implement elastic fault tolerance through elastic checkpointing.
- Build cluster efficiency evaluation models and measure computing resource utilization using MFU/HFU.
- Track emerging AI infrastructure technologies and introduce relevant solutions to the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI infrastructure, distributed systems, high-performance computing, or large-scale cloud platform development.
- Proficiency in Python, data structures, algorithms, and rigorous coding practices.
- Hands-on GPU/NPU architecture development and optimization experience using CUDA C/C++ or Triton.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to track advanced AI infrastructure trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the source code and runtime mechanisms of PyTorch, Megatron-LM, or DeepSpeed.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce is highly preferred.
