Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of model fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific performance.
- Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model responsiveness and accuracy.
- Develop scalable API solutions for model integration and deployment.
- Evaluate and monitor model performance for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, provide solutions across teams, and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- At least 5 years of professional experience is stated in the project requirements.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Generative AI, API Management, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and Python frameworks.
- Strong expertise in fine-tuning large language models, especially instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable API solutions for model integration and deployment.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
