Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-region program execution by clarifying priorities and success criteria.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs effectively.
- Establish execution rhythms across time zones.
- Improve internal systems for global collaboration.
Requirements
- Native-level communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Over 7 years of software engineering experience with deep knowledge in system design.
- Experience in technical discussions and design reviews in English.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture.
- Ability to work across product, engineering, and implementation phases.
- Experience with distributed and cross-border teams.
